Registration Procedure & Guidelines

GuideLines:

Prospective authors are invited to submit their full paper by January 25, 2012 (any appropriate style) to ieeepkhi@yahoo.co.uk  
The submitted file can be in MS Word format, or PDF formats.  

The first page of the draft paper should include:
(1) Title of the paper;
(2) Name, affiliation and e-mail address for each author;
(3) A maximum of 5 keywords of the paper.
Also, the name of the seminar that the paper is being submitted to should be stated in the email.

Most Important:

The final draft of the paper may please be transmitted on the following format:

• The papers should be supplied on via E-mail at studentseminar@ieeepkhi.org or ieeepkhi@yahoo.co.uk
• The text of the matter should be typed in MS Word and MS power point presentation.
• The matter of the paper should be saved as a text document. Use A-4 size paper setup, 1 inch margins on all four sides, 1.5 line space, “size 12” Times New Roman Font. Block paragraph style should be adopted with justification on both sides. Capital bold words should be used for all headings.

• A hard copy (printout) of the paper should be provided along with the soft copy.
• Hard copy should be provided on A-4 size paper bearing page number marking in the upper right hand corner.
• The photographs if any should be supplied required to be printed.
• The paper may be restricted to a maximum of four (4) pages of A-4 size.

You are requested to forward a very brief resume of yourself and of the co-author.
